In comedy, and in Alberta especially, comedians are often forced to clean up their material, or avoid certain topics entirely, because the corporate scene and a lot of the road gigs demand it. The frustrating thing about that is a lot of comedians have very dark and dirty senses of humour. “Going to Hell Sundays” will be a place where they are free to explore those places that they can’t on their paid shows. The focus is not just on uncensored language and dirty jokes, but also on uncensored IDEAS.
